yesterday we moseyed up to arctic valley to get some of the last pow turns of the year and try out my new sims blade 1710

after summiting the steep slopes of arctic valley and getting yelled at for hiking up some guys precious figure eight turns, it was on.

as it turns out, sims blew it in discontinuing the blade because it is the single greatest pow carver known to man (even without the heel strap of your bindings).

definitely the best powder shredding i have ever had on any april 27th in my whole life.

slush cup practice

yesterday we went up to hilltop for the annual puddle skimming at the ski jumps. the last few days of sun had perfectly primed the puddle. first, we had a few practices on the small side to get a few slashers in.

next we moved to the big side for extreme water crossing

the crossing provided to be too extreme for some (too extreme for all except little hozer)

the ice means its cold

we also got down on a little grass gapper

Fun in the sun

The crew (minus broken ian) headed to the slopes of magnificient Alyeska resort for a splendifulous afternoon of denim filled pencil airs, mini-grabs, and tree sleuthing. Everyone represented hard with hoots and hollas a plenty. Check it...

Brendenim tree gap

Lear showing some steeze on the boxstacle

Ramy pulled away with the banger...most extreme air of the year!

Supposedly these trees were talking smack to B$. I didn't hear what they said but the reprecussions were terrifying... Needless to say she made them her bitch with some intimidating physical contact.

late season snow

just as spring seemed to be in full bloom, anchorage was blessed/cursed with a few inches of new snow giving us one more chance to get down on a few shred features. yesterday, hoze and ram created and got down on a little bmx rythum set.

on sunday , after a fun filled night of gangster posing, battle dancing, toy gun slingin and sippin on syrup, we proceeded to the dimond railing. tricks were done, and landon left with the mvp.

we continued through the night hittin fun obstacles that were unfortunately plagued with flaws and overpopulated with bored police.

the junkyard has also continued to get lots of play. we have continued to add features and enjoy other extracirricular activities to pass the time.
